An exhibition of children's artworks about Xinjiang is currently being held at the China National Museum of Women and Children in Beijing. The exhibition features more than 270 artworks created by children from Xinjiang, Beijing and Guangdong.

During the opening ceremony, 60 children from these regions came together to collectively create art on site.

The themes of the works on display are "family," "dream" and "friendship." Most of the artworks, around 250 in total, were created by children from Xinjiang and illustrate their observations of life, the world and their vision of the future.

One remarkable piece, measuring 3 meters by 2 meters and entitled "Colorful Xinjiang," was created by several children, expressing their vision and passion for Xinjiang.

The exhibition is a collaboration between the China National Museum of Ethnology, the China National Museum of Women and Children and the Xinjiang Uygur Women's Federation. It aims to promote understanding and communication between children from Xinjiang and other parts of China.
