The fourth Lancang-Mekong Audiovisual Week kicked off on Wednesday in Kunming, southwestern China's Yunnan Province.
Achievements of the Belt and Road Initiative were celebrated with activities such as musical performances, exhibitions and forums. More than 400 representatives from countries along the Lancang-Mekong river and Sri Lanka attended the event.
Participating countries pledged to carry on expanding connectivity, cooperate for the benefit of those living in the region and build a closer community with a shared future.
