China and Thailand held a joint military drill to combat terrorism on Friday in the northern Thai province of Phitsanulok. More than 200 officers and soldiers are involved in the 18-day anti-terrorism drill codenamed "Assault 2023."
The drill is the latest in the "Assault" joint training series between the Chinese and Thai armies after a lapse of 10 years.
