In an exclusive interview with China Media Group, Dilma Rousseff, former president of Brazil and current president of the New Development Bank (NDB), spoke highly of the NDB, which was developed by the BRICS countries. She believes that the NDB is one of the major innovative changes that BRICS members expect to drive the process of multilateralism.
