Xi says no one should dress up domestic rules as international norms

Chinese President Xi Jinping said on Wednesday that it is not acceptable to dress up one's domestic rules and regulations as international norms.
International norms should be written and upheld by all in accordance with the principles of the United Nations Charter, Xi said when addressing the 15th BRICS Summit.
