Private plane crash kills 10 near Moscow, Wagner chief presumed dead

A private plane en route from Moscow to St. Petersburg crashed in the Tver Region on Wednesday, Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations said.
Local reports said Wagner Group private military company leader Yevgeny Prigozhin was listed among the passengers aboard.
CGTN correspondent Dmitriy Maslak shot the video approximately 1.5 kilometers from the crash site.
