Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday met with Senegalese President Macky Sall on the sidelines of the 15th BRICS Summit in Johannesburg, South Africa.
During the meeting, Xi pointed out that Senegal is an important partner for China in Africa. In recent years, with joint efforts from both sides, political mutual trust between China and Senegal has continued to deepen, and fruitful results have been achieved in various areas of cooperation, he added.
