Finger-pointing is not helping to solve America's opioid crisis

One American dies of a drug overdose every five minutes. Blaming other countries does nothing to bring that number down. If the U.S. genuinely wants to tackle its opioid crisis, the most pressing needs are to reduce the demand for fentanyl and other synthetic opioids and to step up its cooperation with other countries to combat drug trafficking.
