Manish Chand, CEO and editor-in-chief of India Writes Network and the "India and the World" magazine, said that the bank has emerged as the quintessential BRICS institution and is a key reason why a growing number of nations are seeking to join. He voiced his opinions during a CGTN round table on the 15th BRICS Summit.
