After the Nova Kakhovka dam ruptured in Ukraine early this week, at least nine people died and over 2,000 people were evacuated. There have been no definitive answers as to the cause of the breach, with Ukraine and Russia trading blame for the incident. What have the damages been so far? What help is being offered to flood victims? And how might this affect the ongoing conflict? In this edition of Dialogue, our guests are Peter Zalmayev, director of the Eurasia Democracy Initiative, Leonid Savin, editor-in-chief of Geopolitika, and Anton Fedyashin, associate professor of the Department of History of American University.
