After nearly five months of hyping the so-called Chinese spy balloon incident, the Pentagon has stated that the airship did not collect any information. What more do we know about the incident? How has the incident affected China-U.S. relations, which have been deteriorating for some time? And what efforts have been made recently to restart high-level communication between the two sides?
