From blocking groundwater to large storage tanks and even mortar solidification, every proposal is clear and straightforward enough to by worthy of consideration as an alternative to discharging the contaminated wastewater into the sea. So why has the Japanese government and Tokyo Electric Power turned a blind eye and refused to respond to such easy to implement proposals?
