Situated at the border between China and Kazakhstan, Horgos in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region benefits from well-developed highways and a railway system that boosts trade between the two countries. It is also a key node in the Belt and Road Initiative and helps bring countries together far beyond the region.
