Brice Oligui Nguema will be sworn in as "transitional president" of Gabon next Monday before the Constitutional Court at the presidency, announced Ulrich Manfoumbi Manfoumbi, spokesperson of the Committee for the Transition and Restoration of Institutions, on Thursday.
