It's been one month since massive floods caused havoc and killed dozens in China's Beijing and Hebei Province. While electricity and water supply have been restored in most of the affected areas, much of the recovery work remains to be done. Reporter Chen Mengfei returns to Zhuozhou in Hebei, one of the hardest-hit cities, to see how people are rebuilding their lives.
