Death toll has risen to 63 in a fire in central business district of Johannesburg, South Africa, the municipal government said on social media.
Over 40 people were also injured as search and recovery operation continues.
It was not immediately clear what caused the blaze, which broke out overnight at a five-story building in the CBD area.
Television footage showed fire trucks and ambulances outside the red and white building with burned-out windows, which had been cordoned off by police.
