Afghanistan is marking two years since the Taliban returned to power and foreign troops led by the United States hastily withdrew from the country after a 20-year occupation. Abdul Hai Qanit, a political analyst and commentator on Afghan affairs based in Kuala Lumpur, says the country's security over the past two years is far better than what it was during the two decades of occupation.
