EU, Ukraine recognize judgments mutually under Hague Convention

The EU and Ukraine have put into effect mutual recognition of judgments under The Hague Convention, the European Commission said on Friday.
Under which, judgments from EU countries' courts will be acknowledged and enforced in Ukraine for civil and commercial matters, and vice versa.
