"Plant kingdom," "home of Yunnan medicines," these are nicknames given by people to a famous city in southwest China's Yunnan Province – Lijiang. Not only are the numerous plant species a spotlight, but the city is also well-known for its peaks and mountains, as well as weird-looking animals.
From September 3 to 16, CGTN Nature presents "Journeys in Nature: Lijiang Series," taking you on a trip to discover the rare wildlife species and mysterious Mountain Circling Festival celebrated by Mosuo people in Lijiang. Stay tuned!
