A Japanese civic group has filed a complaint against Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and TEPCO President Tomoaki Kobayakawa for causing potential damage to non-residential buildings and deaths due to professional negligence over the discharge of nuclear-contaminated water from the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant into the sea. The complaint was submitted to the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office on Friday.
