In an exclusive interview with CGTN, Shen Yiyang, the director of the Inclusive Development Research Center of the Asian Development Bank, says, "Even now they (Japan) have installed the ALPS (Advanced Liquid Processing System) treatment system, which somehow got the approval of the IAEA, but still a lot of pollutant contaminants still have a lot of impact on the neighboring seas."
