As the Chinese New Year approaches, winter fishing on the Biliu River in Dalian, northeast China's Liaoning Province is in full swing. Fishermen break through surface ice to catch silver carp, giving migratory birds in the area the chance to eat their fill of fish and shrimp from the river too.
