China beat hosts South Korea 3-0 to win the Asian Table Tennis Championships women's team title on Tuesday.

Sun Yingsha, Chen Meng, and Wang Yidi swept past their opponents, to wrap up victory in only three matches.

Both Sun and Wang took straight sets victories, while Olympic champion Chen downed Jeon Ji-hee 3-1.

Women's singles world No. 1 Sun dominated the opening game against a tough Shin Yu-bin, leaving no chance to the 19-year-old with a 11-8, 11-7, 11-7 victory.

Chen established a 2-0 with ease, before Jeon forced a tie at 9-9 in the third, which she took 11-9.

Chen proved herself an Olympic gold medalist storming to victory with 11-6 to take the match 3-1.

Wang, who substituted teammate Chen Xingtong from the semifinal round, eased past Yang Ha-eun 11-1, 11-4, 11-6 to complete Team China's quest for a berth at the Paris Olympics next year, as this was Team China's primary goal from this campaign.

The Chinese men's team will also face South Korea in Wednesday's final.

The competition hands out a total of three tickets to Paris 2024,  including the two teams' events and the mixed doubles.
