Iran's newly-appointed ambassador to Saudi Arabia is expected to arrive in Riyadh. Iran's diplomatic mission there reopened in early June, seven years after the countries cut diplomatic ties. Saudi Arabia's ambassador to Iran will also head to Tehran later this week. This follows Iran and Saudi Arabia's signing of a China-brokered deal to resume diplomatic and economic relations.
