Over 2,000 torches, set to be used in the torch relay at the 19th Asian Games, were delivered at a ceremony in Ningbo for shipment to the 11 participating cities across Zhejiang Province. The design of Xinhuo torches - also known as the eternal flame - drew inspiration from the ancient Liangzhu Culture, whose relics offer tangible evidence of China's 5,000-year civilization. The torch relay is slated for September 8 to 20.
