Global cultures have been on display at the China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) in Beijing. As a major platform for the services trade, more than 50 countries and regions set up exhibition areas to provide visitors with a glimpse of their cultural highlights.
Via immersive experiences and the interactive consumption of cultural souvenirs, the exhibition engaged visitors with the latest trends in culture and tourism consumption.
Honored as this year's guest country, the United Kingdom has dispatched Paddington Bear, Shaun the Sheep, Bluey, Formula One, and other renowned brands and intellectual property entities to the Beijing event. Its interactive activities attracted many visitors.
Beijing Central Axis came back to life at the Shougang Park venue of CIFTIS. Through the use of the latest audiovisual technology, the ancient architecture was unveiled like a moving scroll on large digital screens. Iconic landmarks along the central axis such as the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven were displayed in a dynamic interplay, blending their profound sense of history with cutting-edge technology.
At the Malaysian hall, visitors waved and danced to the traditional music of Sarawak state. Visitors to the Georgian pavilion learned about the country’s viniculture and sampled wine, while others hugged stuffed Shiba Inu toys at the Japanese exhibition area.
