The Fragrant Hills Hotel, the Suzhou Museum, the Bank of China Tower in Hong Kong and the National Gallery of Art in Washington D.C. are all brainchildren of Chinese-born architect Ieoh Ming Pei. As the last master of high modernist architecture, his Louvre Pyramid in Paris attracted widespread criticism some 40 years ago. It's now as famous as the Eiffel Tower. Chien Chung Pei has followed his father's footsteps and in this exclusive with CGTN's Wang Guan, he talks about the legacy of his father, architecture and cross-cultural dialogues. Stay tuned to The Hub this Thursday at 11:30 a.m. BJT.
