The Guangming Cinema project "launching ceremony" of the 18th Changchun Film Festival was held on August 31 in northeast China's Changchun City.

Guangming Cinema is a public welfare project committed to providing movie screenings for the visually impaired. CGTN reporter came to "watch" a barrier-free movie in Changchun to feel the light that the cinema offers to the visually impaired.
