At least 20 wounded in refugee camp clashes in Lebanon: local report

Clashes in Ain al-Hilweh camp in south Lebanon have left 20 people wounded, local news agency NNA reported Friday.
The camp where the fight took place on Thursday is located on the outskirts of the coastal city of Sidon, the report added.
