Heavy rain has hit China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on Friday, causing flooding on several streets and forcing several subway stations and schools to close. Hong Kong's local meteorological authority, the Hong Kong Observatory, has issued a "Black Rainstorm Warning Signal Special Announcement."
