The 2023 Shanghai Cooperation Organization Youth Campus has kicked off in Dunhuang, a 2000-year-old city along what was once the Ancient Silk Road in northwest China's Gansu Province. More than 30 young representatives from 12 SCO member and observer states are taking part in the event.
