Riding a camel is an essential experience when going through the vast desert on Mingsha Mountain in Dunhuang City, northwest China's Gansu Province.
The northwesterly winds, carrying a substantial amount of sand, were blocked by the mountains, causing the sand particles to settle down over time and form Mingsha Mountain. Countless people have climbed up and slid down over the centuries, yet the mountain stands tall and the sound of the sand still echoes. Join our live view of the camel groups on Mingsha Mountain.
The 6th Silk Road International Cultural Expo took place in Dunhuang from September 6 to 7. CGTN is delighted to present a series of livestreams for viewers to immerse themselves in the breathtaking beauty of Dunhuang.
