Mulberry paper is a type of handmade paper that was once widely used for writing and painting in regions along the Ancient Silk Road but later gradually declined and disappeared. Now, a group of artisans in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, are trying to revive and promote this craft. CGTN reporter Feng Yilei visited their workshop and discovered how this handmade paper is being reinvented and serving the modern age.
