In Jiuquan, Gansu, the "Son of the Earth" sculpture stands on the vast Gobi Desert, located approximately 10 kilometers southeast of Guazhou. The artwork depicts a gigantic baby lying on the ground, peacefully asleep. It is crafted from coarse red sandstone, with its main body measuring 15 meters in length, 4.3 meters in height, and 9 meters in width. This sculpture conveys a striking image of life and shows profound respect for life itself, all while possessing powerful visual impact.
