Team China won three golds at the 2023 Asian Table Tennis Championships in South Korea on Saturday – the women's singles, men's doubles and mixed doubles titles – in all-Chinese finals.

Wang Manyu beat world No. 1 Sun Yingsha to win the women's singles title, before which she downed Olympic champion Chen Meng in the quarterfinals and Wang Yidi in the semifinals.

In the men's doubles, Fan Zhendong and Lin Gaoyuan narrowly defeated compatriots Ma Long and Wang Chuqin 11-9, 4-11, 11-9, 11-13, 11-8 to clinch the title.

Meanwhile, Lin teamed up with Wang Yidi to overcome Liang Jingkun and Qian Tianyi 3-1 to win the mixed doubles final.

China had already won the women's and men's team titles. With five of the seven gold medals already in their possession, Chinese paddlers are on the path to a clean sweep, with the remaining finals scheduled to take place on Sunday.

Fan Zhendong, Liang Jingkun and Ma Long have reached the men's singles final four. Wang Manyu/Chen Meng and Sun Yingsha/Wang Yidi have progressed to the women's doubles semifinals.
