China's northeast region has seen a series of comprehensive efforts to revitalize its economy. Professor Yin Chengzhi, who's also the associate dean of the School of Public Policy and Management at Tsinghua University, says more talent-friendly and tax-reduction policies are needed in China's drive to revitalize its northeast.
