International aid is mobilized to help search for survivors and remove debris in the areas affected by the earthquake that struck the Marrakesh region of southern Morocco on September 8. After the quake, many countries and regions, including Singapore, Germany, and Türkiye, conveyed their concern to Morocco and decided to provide humanitarian aid. The Red Cross Society of China decided to provide $200,000, and a Chinese medical rescue team is working around the clock to save earthquake survivors in Morocco. Spain, the UK, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates also sent search and rescue teams to Morocco.
