Tianzhou-5 cargo ship separates from China Space Station for reentry

China's Tianzhou-5 cargo craft separated from the orbiting space station at 4:46 p.m. BJT on Monday and switched to independent flight mode after completing all assigned tasks, according to the China Manned Space Agency (CMSA). The ship will conduct a controlled reentry into the Earth's atmosphere on Tuesday, during which most parts of the ship will burn out.
