An exhibition featuring the life of a Tang (618-907) county princess opened at the Nanshan Museum in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.

The exhibition presents a carefully curated selection of 146 pieces and sets from the Xi’an Museum’s permanent collection. It plots the life story of a Tang Dynasty county princess through four themed displays. A diverse range of artifacts accompany the story, including gold items, traditional pottery and works of tri-colored pottery unearthed from tombs. The exhibition invites the audience to journey back to the Tang Dynasty, offering them a glimpse into the lives of the aristocratic women and providing insight into the prosperity of the Tang era and its inclusive, open-minded spirit.
