Senegal was the first Western African country to join the Belt and Road Initiative. In an exclusive interview with CMG's Wang Guan, Senegalese President Macky Sall thanks China for helping his country turn into a modern and emerging economy. He also praises "China speed" in completing local infrastructures, new industrial clusters and many other projects. He hails China-Senegal relations as "exceptional." "It's a win-win relationship.
