South Korea says the Democratic People's Republic of Korea has fired at least one ballistic missile off its eastern coastline. This comes as its leader Kim Jong Un is meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin at Vostochny space center in the Russian Far East. This trip is Kim's first foreign visit since the COVID-19 pandemic. Professor Teng Jianqun, Director of the Diplomacy Studies Center at Hunan Normal University, says this meeting will drive new force to bilateral relations.
