Hurricane Daniel hit Libya, causing catastrophic rains and floods that destroyed buildings and displaced people. A Libyan radio host said in an interview with CGTN that the pressure of disaster relief is huge due to lack of professionals and rescue expertise and Libya is in urgent need of international assistance.
