The first underwater tunnel in Bangladesh and South Asia, built by China, is expected to be handed over this October. Located at the estuary of the Karnaphuli River in the country's second largest city, Chattogram, the tunnel will shorten the travel time between both sides from one hour to just under 10 minutes. CGTN reporter Wu Bin visits the tunnel and interviews Chinese and Bangladeshi employees about the changes it will bring for local people.
