China's National Computer Virus Emergency Response Center and internet security company 360 say they have identified the US National Security Agency personnel responsible for launching the cyberattack on a leading Chinese aviation university. During the investigation, China extracted multiple samples of the spyware named SecondDate. The investigation report shows that the spyware is a cyberweapon developed by the NSA.
