The Red Cross Society of China (RCSC) has decided to deliver $200,000 in cash to the Libyan Red Crescent as emergency humanitarian assistance for the country's disaster response efforts, said the RCSC on Friday.
The move came after a storm struck eastern Libya and triggered floods, resulting in massive casualties among local people.
The RCSC has also pledged to keep abreast of the issue and do its best to offer humanitarian aid.
