An art creation festivity launched by China Media Group (CMG) and the 19th Hangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee on Saturday marked the beginning of its exhibition in a ceremony in the Chinese city of Hangzhou, displaying artworks created by hundreds of Asian artists.
The ceremony was attended by CMG President Shen Haixiong, Wang Hao, governor of east China's Zhejiang Province and president of the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou Organizing Committee, among others.
These artworks will be aired on YangShiPin, CMG's social video platform, CCTV-5 and CCTV-16, as well as many mega screens in cities across China.
The art creation project, dubbed "Festivity of Asian Artists Creations In Hangzhou Asian Games Broadcasting," is the first-ever carnival of Asian artists in the history of the Asian Games. Artists from various countries will use their outstanding artistic talents to cheer for the Hangzhou Asian Games, infusing it with a profound and lasting cultural influence.
