Today marks the 92nd anniversary of the September 18 Incident. On this day in 1931, Japanese troops stationed in northeastern China blew up a section of the railway near the city of Shenyang and accused the Chinese troops of sabotage. The incident marked the beginning of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and was a prelude to the World War II. CGTN reporter Guan Yang has the latest from Shenyang.
