A delegation from the Nagorno-Karabakh region held talks with Azerbaijani officials in the town of Yevlakh in Azerbaijan on Thursday as part of a ceasefire agreement, Azerbaijan State News Agency reported.

"The representative of the Armenians of Karabakh said that there is no final agreement with Baku, and details need to be agreed upon," according to Russia's RIA Novosti news agency.
