"From Ziquejie Terraces To The World," a conference to promote agricultural exchange and learning, began in Loudi, central China's Hunan Province, on September 20. Diplomatic envoys attended from many countries, including Pakistan, Cambodia, Laos, Uzbekistan and Malawi, along with representatives from international organizations such as the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, the Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization, the International Union for Conservation of Nature, as well as experts and scholars. Together, they are sharing knowledge and expertise aimed at preserving, using, and developing terraces around the world.
