Ukraine launched a missile attack on the headquarters of the Russian Navy's Black Sea Fleet in the city of Sevastopol in Crimea, Mikhail Razvozhayev, the governor of Sevastopol, said via Telegram on Friday.

According to preliminary information, there is no damage to civilian infrastructure around the headquarters and people on the streets were not injured, Razvozhayev said in an updated post.

There has been no response from Ukraine.
